Have you ever caught yourself doing for hours repetitive, mundane chores like sending emails, following up emails, responding to customer service issues...?  Well, If you're like me, that's a Big Ole "Ditto".  You see, running a home business with 3 employees (Me, Myself and I) gets a little overwhelming at times.  That's why I was so happy when I came across this neat software called "MailLoop". 

It's an Email Automation Software that took all those boring, repetitive things away.  It collects email addresses, subscribe and unsubscribe people from your list, imports list, sends email campaigns, follow-up emails and automates customer service.  Those are the things I love about it, but it does a lot more.  And to top it off, it's just one easy-to-use software interface.  You don't need a degree from M.I.T to operate it.

Now, if you happen to need some help, MailLoop has a great customer support center, video tutorials and Personal Support for those of us who like speaking to a Live Person once in a while. The only drawback I found was the customer service a while back.  It seemed to me they were running a little short handed.  But now, they have added more live people to take care  of you and everything is ok.

All in all, MailLoop is a pretty good package.  It takes away all those boring, tedious, but necessary jobs and automates them for you.  You have real people to talk to when you need to. Plus, a big thing for me is that I don't have to rely on any of my family members to help me when I'm short on time.
